Early Partner Program

A scholarship for spaces ready to grow.

Any active Pro-tier space owner can apply to have their space upgraded — free of charge — to the Branded App tier for one full year, including a dedicated standalone iOS/Android app under their own brand. A small cohort is selected each quarter on a discretionary basis. In exchange, recipients agree to (a) build in public so Clikkin can publish their growth story, and (b) at the end of Year 1, either pay $10,000 to renew the sponsored rate for Year 2 or bring Clikkin 10 new paying clients on Branded App or Enclave tier.

How to apply

Applications happen inside your space. Download Clikkin, upgrade your space to Pro, and the "Apply to Early Partner Program" option appears in your Space Settings as a separate item. No web form. No Typeform. No email intake.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do I switch plans?
Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Space Settings. Upgrades apply immediately and prorate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; the content and configuration created under the higher tier are archived, not deleted.
Do unused monthly coins carry over?
No. Monthly allotments reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased coins — bought via vaults — persist indefinitely and don't reset.
What happens on downgrade?
All members, posts, media, badges, and coin balances are preserved. Tier-exclusive features (custom roles, feeds, post classes, Space Apps, WASM) are archived and re-activate cleanly if you upgrade again. Subdomains have a 30-day reservation grace window.
Do coins transfer between spaces?
Member coins transfer freely — a member's wallet is tied to their identity, not any one space. A space's coin wallet is a separate entity (CSW) and does not transfer between spaces.
Does a branded app survive a downgrade?
There's a 30-day transition window. The branded app displays a deep-link banner to the Clikkin app. After 30 days, the standalone app is unpublished. Members retain access to the space via the generic Clikkin app with zero data loss.
Refund behavior?
Subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts. Coin vault purchases are refundable within 14 days if the coins remain unspent. Branded App setup fees are non-refundable once developer-account provisioning begins.
How does the Early Partner Program interact with an existing Pro subscription?
Pro is the prerequisite — you must have been on Pro ≥ 60 days to apply. If selected, your Pro billing pauses for the sponsored year while the Branded App tier is active. At end of Year 1, if you graceful-downgrade (Path C), Pro billing resumes automatically.
